The personal data shared with AVR Global is under the supervision and control of AVR Global. AVR Global is responsible as the data controller to ensure the necessary organizational and technical measures are taken to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the information in accordance with the relevant legislation. 5. Does AVR Global share your personal data?

The sharing of personal data with third parties is carried out with the consent of the customers and, as a rule, personal data is not transferred to third parties without the customer's consent.

However, personal data is shared with courts and other public institutions within the framework of our legal obligations and limited to these. Additionally, personal data is transferred to contracted third parties to provide the services we undertake and to perform quality control of the services provided.

  • b-Request information if your data is processed,
  • c-Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose,
  • d-Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically/abroad,
  • e-Request correction if your data is processed incompletely/incorrectly,
  • f-Request deletion/destruction of your data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the PDPL,
  • g-Request notification of the operations made pursuant to (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your data is transferred,
  • h-Object to the emergence of a result against you due to the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems,
  • i-Request compensation for the damages if you incur damages due to the unlawful processing of your data.

8. How can I be informed about changes in personal data legislation?

Your rights under the PDPL are AVR Global's obligations. We inform you that we process your personal data with this awareness and in accordance with the law, and we will update the information on this page in line with any legal changes. You can always easily follow the updates made on this page.


9. How can I ensure that my data is kept up-to-date and accurate?

According to Article 4 of the PDPL, AVR Global has the obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. For this purpose, our customers are required to share accurate and up-to-date data with AVR Global to fulfill our obligations under the current legislation.
